Rockstar

I study like a rockstar. And I'm not sure if I want to get a rockstar result for my finals. Because I'm not sure if rockstars get good results or not.

29 April 2010

I shall remember this day forever. All thanks to Kimberly.

She spammed my Facebook wall with her proclaimation of undying love for me
I denied her, because she freaks me out.

Not wanting to let anyone else have me, she almost got us involved in a car crash.

Maybe she misunderstood me. When we chatted last night, I told her I was feeling low and depressed. I wanted to do something thrilling.

Adds up with my rejection, maybe she thought I was suicidal and a near-death experience was the thing that I needed to get my adrenaline pumping and my spirits up.

I shouldn't have took up on her offer to drive home from the campus. Especially when she's this emotionally unstable.

Luckily, I screamed "break!" just in time before we hit the rear of the Kenari. She could have slowed down when the Kenari drove into our lane at the roundabout. But no. She have to wait for me to almost get a heart attack.

Of course, right after the incident, I updated my Facebook status and Twitter. Not a very wise decision. I know. It's an addiction.

It's Kimberly's addiction too. She checked her Facebook, when we're at the beach to cool down from the shock. And instead of going, "I'm sorry! I didn't meant to do that!" she said "You shouldn't use 'crash into' in your status. It's like (blablabla)".

YES. She's commenting on my grammar mistakes.

And she calls me 'The Heartless One'.

Wall Spam

On Facebook.
No, not my wall.

Kimberly Jacqueline's!

Who are the culprits?

Aqilah Zaiyanie and Alia Bee!

When?

Midnight. April 27, 2010.

Using what?
Lyrics for Mizz Nina's latest single featuring Colby O'Donis - What You Waiting.

Why?

Out of sheer boredoom. We're supposed to do some revision for our CTU 263 paper, which is the next morning. But we got slightly distracted. (Okay, understatement of the day.)

Result.

I Don't Get It

How very efficient. May I know who's the brain behind this excellent, excellent system?

If Only You Can Read Minds

Then you'd know. That I rarely truthfully say whats on my mind. Nor do I do what I really want. I don't think you'd understand if you do anyway.

I think you're great, and Im'ma let you finish, but Kota Kinabalu has the best Ikan Bakar.

I'm No Fatty!

If you say otherwise, you may leave now. No, seriously. Leave.

They Say The Darnest Thing

I'm not usually fond of family gathering. In fact, I tend to try to avoid them. In vain, of course. My parents will always use their veto power on me, and drag me with them kicking and screaming. Yes, I used to literally do that, but now I only do it figuratively, because it's getting a little too embarrassing. For me. My parents do not care. At all. I guess having Intan as their first child had prepared them enough already. Haha.

Kota Kinabalu International City Parade

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!

Can you believe 10 years has gone by since the night Sabah's former Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Sakaran Bin Dandai, stood on the stage in Dataran Merdeka, Kota Kinabalu, to announce that Kota Kinabalu had achieved the status of a city.

Now, our council had planned a lot of activities and events to celebrate the occasion. One of it is the Kota Kinabalu International City Parade. Here's some more information on the event I got from Sabah Tourism Board's website.

True Friends

True friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.
I'm dedicating this post to all my true friends out there. To show my appreciation for them, who always be there for me, understand my mood-swings and quirkiness, gone through all those up and downs of life with me all this while, no matter what.

Hello there!

I had a blog before, but due to personal inconvenience (in other word: laziness) I stopped updating them. I switched to Tumblr because I can see a lot of pretty photos, and all I need to do is just reblogging others.

However, the recent events in my campus inspired me to return to the blogging world. After all, a blog is like an online journal, a place where you can celebrate the personal liberty that the laws (in most nations) has given us. It's a place where you can express your feelings, your thoughts, your opinions on any subject matters. You can share your experiences or your stories. Basically, you can do anything you want on your blog, as long as you obey the netiquettes, and do not cross the thin boundary line between freedom of speech and instigating, which may lead to public disorders.
